Delete my account

You can delete your Guid'Up account here, or in the app: Profile › Settings › Delete my account.

What is erased

Your name, email, phone and password; your favourites, itineraries, basket and notifications. All your sessions are closed.

What is kept

Your reviews stay published, without your name. Your orders and bookings are kept for accounting, with the details given for each.

Created your account with Google? It has no password: delete it from the app, where you are already signed in.
