Terms of use

These terms apply to the Guid'Up app and to this site, published by Guid'Up Tunisia.

The app

Anyone can browse the destinations, places, experiences, circuits, events and the market without an account. A free account is needed to save favourites and itineraries, order, book and leave a review.

Orders

Each product's price is shown in Tunisian dinars, with the destination's delivery fee, before you confirm. You pay on delivery or at pickup; no payment is taken online. Guid'Up prepares and ships the orders itself and keeps you informed of each step. Until an order is being prepared you can cancel it from the app.

Bookings

A booking is a request: the Guid'Up team confirms it or offers you something else, and you are told in the app and by email. You can cancel a booking at any time before its slot.

Reviews

Your review is published straight away, under your name. Guid'Up may hide a review that is abusive, off topic, or not about a real visit.

Content

The texts, photographs, audio guides and circuits belong to Guid'Up Tunisia or to those who entrusted them to it. Map data comes from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL licence).

Liability

We do our best to keep opening hours, prices and practical information accurate, but they can change: check them before you travel. Each workshop, outing or event remains the responsibility of whoever runs it.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. We may change them; the date of the version in force is shown at the top of this page.
